What cabin types are available?
Green Ruby offers four cabin types: Serenity Deluxe and Ocean Breeze Premium (each ~38 m2), the Royal Romance Suite (~80 m2), and the Imperial Suite (120m2) - our largest and most private accommodation.
Which is your largest suite, and how big is it?
The Imperial Suite is our flagship - the largest accommodation on board at approximately 120m2 - set in a private position on the upper deck with panoramic bay views.
Do cabins have private balconies and freestanding bathtubs?
All cabins feature a private balcony with bay views. Freestanding bathtubs are available in selected cabin categories, while our VIP Suites also feature a private Jacuzzi for an enhanced luxury experience.
Can you add an extra bed or arrange a triple room?
Extra beds can be added to selected cabins for a third guest, subject to cabin type and an additional surcharge. Please contact our reservations team for details.
What facilities are on board?
On board you'll find one of the widest bar and dining rooms on the bay, a spacious sundeck, spa / pool. Every space is designed for comfort and uncrowded views.
Are cabins air-conditioned, and what's the power supply?
Yes, all cabins are air-conditioned. Power is 220V, with standard sockets in every cabin.
What kind of cuisine is served, and is it included?
Meals are included on board and feature fresh local seafood and a blend of Vietnamese and international dishes, with much of the produce sourced from nearby fishing villages and farms.
Can you cater to vegetarian, vegan, halal, or allergy needs?
Yes. Tell us your dietary requirements at booking - with advance notice we can prepare vegetarian, vegan, halal, and allergy-conscious menus.
Can you prepare Korean or Japanese dishes?
Yes - with advance notice we can tailor menus for Korean, Japanese, and other international guests.
Are drinks included, and can I bring my own wine?
Drinking water is provided; other beverages are available from the bar menu. A corkage fee of [amount] applies if you bring your own wine.
Is there a cooking class or “Bay to Table” experience?
Yes - our planned “Bay to Table” experiences connect guests with local ingredients and cooking, including hands-on sessions led by our chefs.
What activities are available on board and on the bay?
Activities include kayaking, swimming, cave and lagoon exploration, visits to floating fishing villages, sunrise tai chi, sunset gatherings on the sundeck, and plenty of quiet time to take in the scenery.
Is kayaking and swimming suitable for beginners and children?
Yes. Routes use calm, sheltered waters, life jackets are provided, and our crew guides beginners and supervises activities. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Are excursions and equipment included or extra?
All scheduled excursions and standard equipment, including kayaks and life jackets, are included in the cruise fare. Optional spa treatments and selected premium experiences are available at an additional cost.
Do you offer spa or wellness experiences?
Yes. Green Ruby features a dedicated spa and wellness area offering a selection of relaxing treatments and therapies designed to enhance your cruising experience.
What's included in the cruise price?
Your fare covers all meals as per the itinerary (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a farewell brunch), accommodation in a private air-conditioned cabin, all sightseeing entrance fees, kayaking and bamboo boat activities, cooking class and morning Tai Chi, an English/Vietnamese-speaking guide, and the dedicated day boat excursion on Day 2 (3D2N itineraries only).
Not included: beverages, spa treatments, Hanoi–Ha Long transfers, and personal expenses.
