If sailing is restricted by local authorities due to weather conditions or other force majeure events, guests may receive a full refund, an alternative departure date, or a suitable replacement service, depending on the circumstances. We will communicate any changes as early as possible.

Rarely. The bay's waters are sheltered by thousands of limestone islands, so they stay calm. If you're sensitive to motion, bring a remedy as a precaution.

Yes - first aid equipment and trained crew are available for minor issues, and for anything serious we coordinate rapid transfer to shore. We recommend personal travel insurance.

Bring light clothing, swimwear, sunglasses, sun protection, a hat, comfortable shoes, any personal medication, your passport/ID, and a camera. In winter, add a warm layer for evenings on deck.

Any onboard cover applies only during the cruise for specified incidents - it is not personal travel insurance. We strongly recommend arranging your own travel insurance for your whole trip in Vietnam.

Yes. Families are welcome on board. Children aged 0–4 years may stay free of charge (maximum one child per cabin sharing existing bedding with parents), while special child rates apply for children aged 5–10 years.
